What is included and provided during my stay?

All of the properties are fully equipped meaning they will include most of the items you have at home to provide a home from home stay. The beds will be freshly made and towels are also provided. We include a guest starter pack of soaps, dish pods, paper towels, toilet paper etc.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are fully refundable up until 60 days prior to check-in time. 50% refundable between 30 days prior to check-in time. Non-refundable within 29 days of check-in time.

Do you offer discounts for longer term stays?

Yes we do! Please message us directly for an estimate for booking longer term stay.

Is there a security system?

Accepted Answer

All properties are equipped with an outdoor security system with two exterior cameras. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, pet policy, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.

What are the booking conditions?

The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast!

Question 6

What if I need to check in early, check out late, or both?

Accepted Answer

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer early check-in, late check-out, or both! These are subject to availability and we will need to know ahead of time so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew. Options are detailed below:
Early Check-In: $100 add-on (3:00pm instead)
$125 add-on (2:00pm instead)
$150 add-on (1:00pm instead)
Late Check-Out: $100 add-on (11:00am instead)
$125 add-on (12:00pm instead)
$150 add-on (1:00pm instead)

Are you child-friendly?

Yes! Each home is equipped with a pack n play. Let us know if you have any other special requests and we can help.

Do you allow pets?

Sometimes! We have a few homes that are pet-friendly with a pet fee and additional security deposit. Fees are detailed below.
Pet Fee: $50/day ($150 minimum)
Pet Deposit: $250

We have a bigger group staying, do you have other homes nearby for the other guests?

Many of our vacation homes are within walking distance and some right next door with a very similar layout! Feel free to check our website for availability at our other homes and feel free to contact us directly for any special requests so we can accommodate your group!
